ON THE RIGHT LEAD

    written by DIANNA L. McPHAIL

ON THE RIGHT LEAD is a sensitive and thought provoking autobiography by a woman who guides you into the belief of a connection between mind and body. Through humor, sadness, joy and hard core facts, Dianna bears witness to believers and skeptics that every body, human or animal is energetically connected. Readings of amazing accuracy with dogs, horses and humans living, or who have passed over is a forum for answers to poignant questions. For example: How come certain people enter our life ? Why are some of us happier being with animals than people? Do you feel more sensitive than everyone else? Are there coincidences, or are we part of a grander design? And, most exciting of all; Intuition is not for the chosen, and it can be fostered with practice.

Dianna is not a horse trainer, but, she has followed the teachings of leaders in natural horsemanship. She was invited by Buck Brannaman to write a chapter in his book BELIEVE about the connection between a horse and the Spiritual in life. She was privileged to work alongside Linda Kohanov, author of the Tao of Equus and Riding Between the Worlds. Round pen sessions of human growth and emotional processing were the final link to Dianna's final life's work as a healer of both horses and humans. Her highly tweaked sense of touch and visual acuity to the small nuances of the equines knocked so hard, that she could ignore them no longer.

With divine orchestration, Dianna become a Touch Balancing/ Animal Bowen practitioner after an accident left her horse, Russek unrideable & retired too early. By touching hundred upon hundreds of horses, Dianna saw how easily she could alter their emotional state by offering them shared energy from a distance. A chapter devoted to bowen therapy recounts miraculous changes in two very troubled thoroughbred horses by releasing past emotional traumas. Horses such as Kansas Wind, Groovy and Kid experience peace and trust for the first time.
